Behind every great day is a good night's sleep. So to help customers wake up to the perfect start every morning, Silentnight are offering a 60 Night Comfort Guarantee on all beds and mattresses from their Platinum Collection to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All the Platinum Collection mattresses feature a unique support system designed to provide maximum quality, comfort and choice, but if after 14 nights you are not completely content with the comfort levels you are experiencing, you have the option to replace it with an alternative Silentnight bed or mattress from the Platinum Collection in order to provide you with total peace of mind.

Please note that this guarantee covers only the comfort of the Product and does not cover the height, length, width or colour of your new Product.

If the exchange Product you choose is a higher price, you must pay the difference in price. Equally you will receive the difference in price if it is lower.

In order to claim under this guarantee, you will need to contact the retailer you bought the Product from originally, who will arrange the exchange with you. In addition, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

In order to claim under this guarantee, you must notify the retailer you bought the Product from that you want to claim under the guarantee 14 days after purchase up until 60 days of the date the Product was delivered to you.

We will not exchange a Product that is damaged or marked in any way. The Product must be used in accordance with the Warranty conditions and Care Instructions which are provided with your product. If the care instructions have not been followed we reserve the right to reject the request for an exchange.

At the discretion of the retailer, an administration charge may be included to cover any additional cost of delivery associated with exchange and removal of the original Product. The retailer will advise you of this prior to agreeing the exchange.
We will only allow one exchange in relation to any particular Product. No cash alternative will be offered.

This guarantee is only available if you purchase the Product from a participating retailer.This guarantee is only available on beds and mattresses in the Platinum collection.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the Product (including any rights relating to any faults with the Product).
